It gives me fervent pleasure to share with you once again. I honour and glorify the Almighty God who has seen us through the academic year 2019/2020. We cherish you our dear parents and other stake holders for entrusting us with the responsibility of developing the academic life of your daughters.

As the academic year ends, most of our learners are to be promoted to the next levels. It therefore calls for collective effort to finding solutions to challenges children have been encountering as this will enable them maintain and improve further. Our learners have the potential to perform only that there are some setbacks that hinder their academic progress. Such weaknesses include poor listening skills, failure to interpret and comprehend questions, inability to recall and time wasting among others.

This, hence, calls for collaborative effort between parents and teachers to iron out such issues. We have vested with the duty of nurturing children towards the right path for a better future. We are breaking up for holidays and sending children back home. We call for your support as regards guarding against challenged in and around our homes as these may impact negatively on children’s academic performance.

As a parent, try as much as possible to protect your children against all sorts of evil.

Be on the lookout for individuals or organizations that support to be entertaining or giving a hand yet they are disseminating deviant and subversive practices. The world today is not easy to describe but people are using all chances to divert the young towards undesirable behavior.

The holiday period should serve as precious time to be with your children personally and physically. As you share your children they will tell you their beliefs, feelings and interests. This calls for your guidance to enable them attain faithful desires and goals.Children have special ability and talents. Remember life is the most difficult examination. Many people fail because they try to copy others forgetting that everyone has different question paper.

Check on security of your children in and around your home. Children are precious gifts from God hence they deserve protection against anything. That harms their physical and mental development.

Love your children are supposed to be shown great love when they do something right-but this love should be greater when they make mistakes because this is when they become truly human.

Assign your children with a number of tasks that compel them to think. This will develop their intellectual skills and hence attain academic excellence.

Assist our children develop life-long targets. Your children should have a vision for their future survival. A child with a vision will always have a specific target and this will give him or her courage to explore various aspects of life in order to achieve the best.

Health is the key to academic excellence. Make sure to feed your children on the right foods that develop their brains. Guard your children against health hazards that are likely to cause infirmity and slow down their academic progress.

Teach children to respect themselves and others. Remember we need each other. The person you take for granted today may turn to be the one you need tomorrow.

If you are able, take your children to tours. These give them opportunity to expound and widen their scope of knowledge as they relate what they see to the classroom situation.

A peaceful atmosphere at home will always create love and harmony among family members. The reward and complements you give your children will motivate and develop their mental abilities and in return all of you will reap with broad smiles.
